Warranty-All machines are in working condition when they leave our shop and will be ready to use immediately upon delivery. However, please remember that these machines are used, and despite our best efforts, sometimes you may still encounter problems with any piece of floor equipment. Because of this we are extending a 6 month parts warranty on all our used floor equipment unless otherwise stated. This warranty will replace any non-wearable inoperable part and the customer will be responsible for shipping back the defective part. A credit card deposit will be taken before the warranty part is sent out and the deposit will be refunded once the defective part arrives back to Performance Systems. Payment-We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. We would appreciate prompt payment, as we will do our best to get you the machine as quickly as possible. Returns-Returns will be accepted under the following conditions for the first 30 days after the sale of the machine. Buyer will pay for return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Machine must be returned on a secured pallet, not hanging over the pallet or broken through in any way to prevent damage in shipping. All accessories that came with the unit must be returned and machine cannot be damaged in any way which will be at the discretion of one of our technicians.
