Our MS-260 Plastic, Glass & Metal Cleaner (General Purpose Cleaner) has a VOC of 9.8%. The VOC limit for a General Purpose Cleaner is 8% in CA, UT, DE, and NH so far. The rest of the states have a 10% limit right now. Other states will be adopting this 2014 OTC Model rule as time goes on, so their limits for VOC will drop to 8%. The VOC limit for Glass Cleaner in CA is 10% and the rest of the states are 12%. So, to keep a head of this ruling, Miller Stephenson has decided to call MS-260 Plastic, Glass & Metal Cleaner – “MS-260 Glass Cleaner”.
