The one piece cover is constructed of white high-grade, fire-retardant ABS plastic (3.0 mm thick). The quiet 80Watt (3,400 RPM) brushless motor and the 1500W NiChrome heating element are activated by an adjustable infrared sensor (adjustable range is 4 to 6 inches). Dry time is approximately 30 to 35 seconds, but the length of the dry cycle is determined by the user. As soon as the user’s hands are removed from under the unit, the drying cycle is terminated.
