Design to hold oil and keep to ceramics lubed so they wear less. 3 Pack High-Pressure Seals (Metal) Interchangeable Part Number: 43307. High pressure seals has a metallic face. Made of durable NBR (nitrite Buna-N) rubber and steel material. Withstand temperatures up to 160°F. All 3 high pressure seals and 3 low pressure seals must be put in “split down” for a successful seal chance. 3 Pack Plunger Retainer O-Rings Interchangeable Part Number: 17399. Low pressure seals is made of all durable NBR (nitrite Buna-N) rubber material. Installation Instruction 1. Remove the 2 screws on both sides by a 8 mm wrench. 2. Use 2 flat tip screwdriver to pry manifold away from the crankcase. The manifold is then tapped with a hammer until the manifold is completely removed. 3. Use a flat tip screwdriver to pry and remove the top LPS(low-pressure seal, contains a steel spring on one side). Use a half inch seam case tool or tee wrench to remove the seal case, then replace a new seal case o-ring(the large one). Remove the bottom high-pressure seal by a wrench and replace a new one. Install the seal case back and replace a new top LPS. 4. Remove the 2 piece seal retainer with wick and replace a new wick. Then use a 12mm wrench to loosen the plunger retainer before completely removing stop and push the plunger toward the drive and to break loose from the retainer. Remove the plunger retainer and replace the old o-ring(the small one). 5. Finally, just install all the disassembled things back. The replacement completed.
