This unit powers on and runs. Rattles a little from the missing piece around the side of the roller on the head and is also missing the back cover / bag. Could be used for the parts off it or add the missing pieces for a great machine! The cord is so long. All vacuums should have a cord that long! Nice used condition with some few minor cosmetic blemishes (scuffs and such).
